Yes! Diabetic test strips are an over-the-counter (OTC) product and there are no regulations on the resale of OTC products.

We can accept boxes that have small rips, non-blood stains with a total area smaller than a dime, slightly crushed boxes, partially obscured but still legible expiration dates, and short expiration dates (5-9 months) as long as the box remains sealed.

Boxes that we cannot pay for are: boxes with any type of stains/marks, opened/unsealed boxes, boxes with rips with a total area bigger than a dime, any brand that isn’t on our price list, very smashed/crushed boxes, boxes with damage to the seal of the box, and boxes that the expiration date is expired or set to expire in less than 5 months.

If you are unsure if your box/es fits our acceptable box conditions, please Contact Us and send us pictures of the box/es so we can check for you.

No, we do not pay for opened boxes.

No, you do not. Please leave them on so that the boxes aren’t damaged in the process. We remove them and shred them in-house.

If you want to exclude your information, please carefully mark it out with a felt tipped Sharpie (being careful not to mark the box).

On most occasions, it will take 1-2 business days after we receive your supplies for the payment to go through.

PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo payments are usually same-day but there can be a 1-2 business day delay if we have a high order volume.

Business checks are issued the same or next business day we receive your supplies. The checks can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to arrive.

We do not return boxes that do not qualify for our buyback program and they will be donated. We encourage you to educate yourself on the conditions we accept before submitting an order to avoid this.

A shipping kit includes a printed out shipping label and packing slip. If you request this option, we will print out both papers and ship them to you. They can take anywhere from 4-5 business days to arrive.
