GUIDELINES REGARDING ITEMS PURCHASED
Diabetics Get Paid, will not return supplies under any circumstances.
All items sold to Diabetics Get Paid must arrive sealed and have no damage. The term “damage” extends to any item that is less than perfect. Examples include but are not limited to, items that are opened, crushed, scratched, torn, stained, cut, have water damage, or ink on them.
All items sold to DGP must expire at least 10 months from the time we receive them unless otherwise stated. See price list.

DGP will remove all prescription labels and destroy them. Any attempts made by the customer to remove the labels may result in damage. Damaged items will not be accepted by DGP.
DGP solely purchases the items listed on its company's website: Items that are not listed on its website will not be accepted.

GUIDELINES REGARDING SHIPMENT
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all supplies are packaged carefully and securely. DGP will not accept items damaged during shipment.

OWNERSHIP
By selling to us, you certify that you did not intentionally acquire supplies through insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or by any illegal means, for the sole purpose of selling them to DGP.
You agree that you are the rightful owner, or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell any supplies. You signify that you did not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies, nor in selling them to DGP.
You certify that the sale and transfer of these supplies will not result in DGP, violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or any other applicable law.

RIGHTS WE RESERVE
DGP reserves the right to change prices at any time, with or without notification.
DGP will not cover the 2.9% PayPal goods and services fee.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
DGP shall not be liable for any damages, whether indirect, consequential, special or punitive, incidental or exemplary, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of this agreement.
